印染行业作为高能耗的行业,污水排放量之大能够占全部纺织工业近八成,能耗约六成。既有水污染,也有能源消耗,因此该行业被视为环保部门重点监管的行业之一。这两项能耗也是该行业不能大力发展的瓶颈。本文将结合国家出台的相关政策,结合笔者环评工作的经验,从多方面介绍印染行业节能减排的具体措施及清洁生产的建议。 Dyeing and printing industry As a high-energy-consuming industries, the large amount of sewage discharge can account for nearly 80% of the total textile industry, energy consumption of about Liucheng. As both water pollution and energy consumption, the industry is considered one of the industries under the supervision of the environmental protection department. These two energy consumption are also the bottlenecks that the industry can not vigorously develop. This article will combine the relevant policies promulgated by the state, combined with the author’s EIA work experience, from many aspects to introduce the specific measures of energy saving and emission reduction in the printing and dyeing industry and cleaner production recommendations.
