目的:建立HPLC法测定救尔心胶囊中紫丁香苷的含量。方法:采用Phenomenex luna-C_(18)色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(1:9)为流动相;检测波长:264 nm;流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1);柱温30℃。结果:紫丁香苷在0.11～2.25μg范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0,n=6),平均加样回收率为96.6%,RSD为1.2%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便、结果准确,可用于救尔心胶囊的质量标准控制。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of syringin in Xi’er heart capsule. METHODS: Phenomenex luna-C 18 column (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-water (1: 9) as mobile phase and the detection wavelength was set at 264 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min ~ 1); column temperature 30 ℃. Results: There was a good linear relationship between syringin in the range of 0.11-2.25 μg (r = 1.000 0, n = 6). The average recovery was 96.6% and the RSD was 1.2% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and can be used to control the quality standard of Qieerxin capsule.
