目的了解2010年桂林地区手足口的病原体流行特征,确定其型别分布情况。为手足口病防控提供科学依据。方法收集临床诊断为手足口病病例粪便样本1 144份,运用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR法)对样本病毒RNA进行总肠道病毒核酸,以及EV71和CoxA16特异性核酸检测。结果 1 144份手足口病病例粪便样本中查出总肠道病毒核酸检测阳性823份,阳性率71.94%(823/1 144);EV71阳性率44.32%(507/1 144),CoxA16阳性率1.74%(20/1 144),非EV71、CoxA16的其他肠道病毒阳性率25.87%(296/1 144)。结论引起桂林地区2010年手足口病流行的病原体主要是肠道病毒EV71型。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of pathogen of hand, foot and mouth in Guilin in 2010 and determine its type distribution. Provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods A total of 1 144 clinical stool samples from hand, foot and mouth disease cases were collected. The total RNA of samples were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and the specific nucleic acids EV71 and CoxA16 were detected. Results A total of 823 positive samples were detected in stool samples from 1 144 cases of HFMD, the positive rate was 71.94% (823/1 144). The positive rate of EV71 was 44.32% (507/1 144), and the positive rate of CoxA16 was 1.74 % (20/1 144), non-EV71, CoxA16 other enterovirus positive rate of 25.87% (296/1 144). Conclusion The pathogens causing the HFMD in Guilin in 2010 are mainly enterovirus EV71.
