利用ECL的随机存取存贮器(RAM)E855 64×1作了一个六输入可编程序触发逻辑线路(NIM标准)。能实现输入端数N≤6的任何逻辑功能。当改变不同的逻辑组合时,不需要改变任何硬件和连线,只需重新加载一次就可以了。本线路可以代替输入端数N≤6的任何逻辑功能的各种NIM逻辑单元用于高能物理在线实验中。利用这种原理可期望发展价格低廉的、使用灵活的和规模很大的触发逻辑系统满足高能物理计数器实验的需要。本线路的输入脉冲是脉宽≥4毫微秒的NIM信号。输出亦为NIM信号。输出端给出32毫安的电流,可连接两个50欧姆的负载,组成桥式输出。电路工作于选通和无选通两种方式。
A six-input programmable trigger logic (NIM standard) was made using the ECL’s random access memory (RAM), the E855 64 × 1. Can achieve any number of input logic N ≤ 6 logic. When changing different logical combinations, there is no need to change any hardware and wiring, just reload it once. This line replaces the various NIM logic cells of any logic function with N ≤ 6 inputs for high-energy physics in-circuit experiments. Using this principle, it is expected that the development of inexpensive triggering logic systems that are flexible and large will meet the needs of high-energy physics counter experiments. The input pulse of this line is a NIM signal with a pulse width of 4 ns or more. The output is also a NIM signal. The output gives 32 milliamps of current, which connects two 50-ohm loads to form a bridge output. Circuit work in gated and gated two ways.
