报告了冠心舒不同组分的抗凝和降血脂作用。在依冠心舒组分抽得率折合的剂量下,组分Ⅰ无抗凝活性,组分Ⅱ具有较高的抗凝活性。两种组分都有明显地抑制TritonWR-1339诱发的高胆固醇血症和食物性高甘油三酯血症作用,提示了抗凝活性和降脂活性是不平行的,是可以分开的。它的意义在于为提取和合成作用专一性高、副作用少的粘多糖药物提供了依据。本文初步讨论了粘多糖的构—效关系及它们在防治动脉粥样硬化中的地位。
The anticoagulation and hypolipidemic effects of different components of Guanxinshu were reported. Based on the dose conversion rate of the coronary and diastolic components, component I has no anticoagulant activity and component II has a high anticoagulant activity. Both components significantly inhibited TritonWR-1339-induced hypercholesterolemia and food-induced hypertriglyceridemia, suggesting that anticoagulant activity and lipid lowering activity are not parallel and can be separated. Its significance lies in providing a basis for the extraction and synthesis of mucopolysaccharides with high specificity and few side effects. This article discusses the structure-effect relationship of mucopolysaccharides and their role in the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.
