目的观察地塞米松辅治小儿急性病毒性心肌炎对患儿血清TNF-α、IL-23、IL-17水平的影响。方法将小儿急性病毒性心肌炎患儿184例随机分为对照组和试验组各92例,对照组采用大剂量维生素C与利巴韦林治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上另给予地塞米松治疗,2组均分别于治疗前后检测血清TNF-α、IL-23、IL-17水平。结果治疗后2组血清TNF-α、IL-23、IL-17水平均显著低于对照组,且试验组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大剂量维生素C、利巴韦林与地塞米松治疗小儿急性病毒性心肌炎更能有效地降低患者血清TNF-α、IL-23、IL-17水平。
Objective To observe the effect of dexamethasone on children with acute viral myocarditis on serum levels of TNF-α, IL-23 and IL-17. Methods 184 cases of children with acute viral myocarditis were randomly divided into control group and trial group, 92 cases in each group. The control group was treated with high-dose vitamin C and ribavirin. The experimental group was given dexamethasone The treatment of mitomycin, two groups were detected before and after treatment of serum TNF-α, IL-23, IL-17 levels. Results The levels of serum TNF-α, IL-23 and IL-17 in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion High-dose vitamin C, ribavirin and dexamethasone treatment of children with acute viral myocarditis more effectively reduce the serum levels of TNF-α, IL-23, IL-17.
