善宁(sandostatin)是一种人工合成的人体生长抑素,目前用于多种疾病治疗。我院普外科从1997年5月至2000年2月应用善宁治疗以呕吐为主要症状的晚期消化道肿瘤肠梗阻病人5例,以减轻临终前病人极度的腹胀、腹痛等症状之痛苦,取得了好的效果。临床资料1.一般情况:本组患者5例,男4例,女1例,年龄48～69岁;4例晚期胃癌,1例晚期乙状结肠癌,均为术后肿瘤复发病例。梗阻时间3～61d。病例2～4有近期再次手术探查史;术中见肿瘤广泛腹腔
Sandostatin is a synthetic human somatostatin that is currently used for the treatment of various diseases.
