在大学英语的教学中,重视母语的发音特点和方式对英语语音的影响,能有效针对学生在学习中存在的困难,有的放矢采取纠正措施,引导和帮助学生掌握正确的语音知识和发音方法。本文试图通过将粤语和英语的语音体系进行对比,探讨学生在英语学习过程中发生的正迁移和负迁移现象,并根据这些现象提出相关的教学建议。希望以此引起广东地区独立学院英语老师对这些现象的重视,在英语语音教学的过程中有所侧重,因材施教。
In the teaching of college English, emphasis on the pronunciation of native speakers and the impact of English phonetics can effectively address students’ difficulties in learning, and take targeted corrective measures to guide and help students acquire correct pronunciation knowledge and pronunciation methods. This paper attempts to compare the positive and negative movements of students in English learning by comparing the phonetic system between Cantonese and English. Based on these phenomena, this paper puts forward relevant teaching suggestions. I hope this will lead to the English teachers in Independent Colleges in Guangdong pay more attention to these phenomena.
