宝钢1号烧结机开工以来的生产实绩说明,烧结矿成分中的FeO、Al_2O_3、SiO_2含量,罗布河矿和MBR矿以及热工制度RDI有显著影响。从矿相分析和成矿机理来看,发展含硅、铝的铁酸钙粘结相,抑制对低温还原粉化敏感的骸晶状菱形赤铁矿的生成是降低RDI的关键。因此可以考虑采用低温烧结方法,从根本上改善RDI,同时也要考虑从寻找合理的配矿方案和加强技术管理入手来改善RDI。
Production results of Baosteel No1 sintering machine since commencement of operation indicate that the contents of FeO, Al 2 O 3 and SiO 2 in sinter, and the ore-bearing MBR and RDI in LuoBuhe Mine and thermal system have significant effects. From the aspects of mineralogical analysis and metallogenic mechanism, it is the key to reduce the RDI to develop calcium ferrite binder phase containing silicon and aluminum and to restrain the formation of skeletal rhombic hematite which is sensitive to low temperature reduction powdering. Therefore, we can consider the use of low-temperature sintering method to fundamentally improve the RDI, but also to consider from the search for a reasonable allocation program and strengthen technical management to improve RDI.
