破碎岩层地区巷道挖掘危险性大,对支护技术要求高。当前支护方案存在顶底板变形大、变形累积效应强的问题,支护效果不佳。针对实际工程案例,分析围岩变形情况和特点,以此为依据提出新的耦合支护方案,阐述支护方案的原理,并详细介绍支护方案的具体内容。经工程实例验证,耦合支护方案有效利用岩体强度,减少了巷道变形,有助于提高煤矿开采的安全性。
Broken rock roadway excavation dangerous, demanding support technology. The current support scheme has the problems of large top and bottom plate deformation and strong deformation cumulative effect, and the supporting effect is not good. According to the actual project case, the analysis of surrounding rock deformation and characteristics, based on which a new coupling support scheme is proposed, the principle of support scheme is expounded, and the details of the support scheme are introduced in detail. The engineering example shows that the coupling support scheme makes effective use of the rock mass strength, reduces the deformation of the roadway and helps to improve the safety of the coal mining.
