近年来,芬兰高中教育获得了迅速的发展,尤其是20世纪90年代以来的普通高中课程改革,为不断发展的高中教育注入了大量的新鲜血液。本文从课程改革的背景和政策制度入手,分别对芬兰普通高中的课程目标、课程设置、课程组织、课程评价和课程管理等五个方面进行了详细的叙述,全面探析了其课程改革的全貌。总结芬兰普通高中课程改革的成功经验,至少可以得到三个方面的启示,即丰富课程内容的多样性、给学生更多的自主选择空间、注重学生学习过程的评价。
In recent years, Finland’s high school education has witnessed rapid development. In particular, the reform of ordinary senior secondary education since the 1990s has injected a large amount of fresh blood into the continuously developing high school education. Starting from the background and policy of curriculum reform, this article describes five aspects of curriculum objectives, curriculums, curriculum organization, curriculum evaluation and curriculum management in Finland’s general high schools respectively and comprehensively analyzes the whole picture of the curriculum reform. Summarizing the successful experience of curriculum reform in ordinary high schools in Finland, we can get enlightenment from at least three aspects, that is to enrich the diversity of curriculum content, to give students more freedom to choose their own space and pay attention to the evaluation of students’ learning process.
