采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)法结合二阶导数和半定量分析对普通金花茶、毛瓣金花茶和龙州金花茶这3种金花茶叶片的红外光谱特征及其化学组分差异进行了研究。结果表明,3种金花茶组植物叶中均含有酚类、酯类或羧酸类、蛋白质、黄酮、皂苷、多糖类以及草酸钙等化学成分,但其同类化学组分在含量上存在一定差异,其中黄酮类物质含量最高的是毛瓣金花茶,最低的是普通金花茶,皂苷和多糖类物质含量最高的是龙州金花茶,最低的是普通金花茶。因此,采用FTIR技术可以明显区分不同种质金花茶化学组分差异,为金花茶品质鉴定和种类鉴别提供理论依据。
