介绍一种磷石膏基胶凝材料的研制方法。将磷肥副产物磷石膏经中和、烘干、磨细等预处理,同矿渣粉、石灰石(或生石灰)粉、少量水泥及极少量的促凝剂铝酸盐水泥等均匀混合,制成在强度和凝结时间等性能指标上接近普通水泥的磷石膏基胶凝材料。该胶凝材料可在一定应用领域代替水泥,但其成本比用普通水泥下降20%~30%。
A method for preparing phosphogypsum-based cementitious material is introduced.
