目的:建立抗流感滴丸中新莪术二酮的含量测定方法。方法:气相色谱法,采用ZB-WAX毛细管柱(30 m×0.25mm×0.25μm),固定为聚乙二醇,涂布浓度为100%;柱温采用程序升温;进样口温度280℃;检测器温度280℃。结果:新莪术二酮线性范围为0.605~3.025μg(r=0.999 1),平均回收率为99.7%,RSD 1.67%(n=9)。结论:所建立的方法灵敏、可靠,可用于抗流感滴丸中新莪术二酮的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of neo-curdione in anti-flu drop pills. METHODS: Gas chromatography was performed on a ZB-WAX capillary column (30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm), fixed with polyethylene glycol and applied at a concentration of 100%. The temperature of the column was programmed and the inlet temperature was 280 ℃. Detector temperature 280 ℃. Results: The linear range of neozurdione was 0.605-3.025μg (r = 0.999 1). The average recovery was 99.7% and the RSD was 1.67% (n = 9). Conclusion: The established method is sensitive and reliable and can be used for the determination of neozurdione in anti-flu drop pills.
