本文对膜生物反应器(MBR)深度处理生活污水的工艺特性进行了研究,其结果表明:膜生物反应器对微污染水中化学需氧量(CODC)r,氨氮(NH3-N),具有较高的去除率,出水CODCr为30~45mg/L,去除率高达85%,NH3-N为0.3~1.8mg/L,去除率高达97%,满足中水回用的要求;TP为0.2~2mg/L,去除率为34%。不同水力停留时间下去除效果的比较表明:MBR处理微污染水时的最佳水力停留时间为8h。
In this paper, the membrane bioreactor (MBR) deep treatment of domestic sewage process characteristics were studied, the results showed that: the membrane bioreactor slightly contaminated water chemical oxygen demand (CODC) r, ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) High removal rate, effluent CODCr 30 ~ 45mg / L, removal rate as high as 85%, NH3-N 0.3 ~ 1.8mg / L, removal rate as high as 97%, to meet the requirements of water reuse; TP 0.2 ~ 2mg / L, removal rate of 34%. The comparison of removal efficiencies under different HRT shows that the optimal HRT for MBR treatment of micro-polluted water is 8h.
