利用N+注入杏鲍菇菌块,筛选高产新菌株。对N+注入后的杏鲍菇菌块进行培养,测量菌丝生长速度和菌丝生物量,通过出菇试验进行产量比较。结果表明N+注入时间的长短对菌丝生长速度、菌丝生物量、子实体产量的影响存在很大差异,筛选出1株高产菌株,产量比对照提高了17.43%。获得的诱变高产菌株,可为杏鲍菇的工厂化栽培提供技术支撑。
Using N + injection of Pleurotus eryngii bacteria, screening of new strains of high yield. After the N + injection of Pleurotus eryngii bacteria blocks were cultured to measure mycelium growth rate and mycelial biomass, through the fruiting test yield comparison. The results showed that the effect of N + injection time on the mycelial growth rate, mycelial biomass and fruiting body yield was quite different. One high-yielding strain was screened and the yield was increased by 17.43% compared with the control. The obtained mutagenic high yield strain can provide technical support for the industrial cultivation of the Pleurotus eryngii.
