本文提出了描述在激光沉积高T_c超导薄膜过程中激光剥离靶材形成粒子喷射的新模型,推导了剥离所需的激光能量密度阈值、促成粒子法向喷射的反冲压和每个激光脉冲作用的剥离层厚度的数学表达式,并实验测量了Y-Ba-Cu-O靶材(1-2-3)对308nm波长激光的吸收系数及形成激光剥离的激光能量密度阈值。
In this paper, a new model describing the particle ejection of a laser-stripped target during laser deposition of high-Tc superconducting thin films is presented.
