作者对检查幽门弯曲菌感染的新试验——CLO试验进行了评价。该试验是先将胃或十二指肠活检组织种入琼脂小块中,并利用基质作幽门弯曲菌尿素酶试验。pH发生改变使颜色变成鲜艳的桃红色为阳性,颜色不变者为阴性。作者从70名连续作胃镜检查的病人中取得6份胃窦组织活检标本。每份标本分别种入CLO试验琼脂和血浆尿素琼脂(每500ml琼脂加10%尿素10ml作为基质,并含1%酚红指示剂20滴),两份琼脂送培养。作革兰氏染色后,把活检材料培养基接种物接种至Christensen氏尿素肉汤,并作组织学检查。
The authors review the new test for Campylobacter pylori infection - the CLO trial. This test is the first gastric or duodenal biopsy tissue into small pieces of agar, and the substrate for Campylobacter pylori urease test. Changes in pH make the color bright pink positive, the same color is negative. The authors obtained 6 samples of gastric antrum biopsy from 70 consecutive patients undergoing endoscopy. Each specimen was planted with CLO assay agar and plasma urea agar (10 ml of urea per 500 ml agar plus 10 ml of urea as a substrate and 20 drops of 1% phenol red indicator) and two agar cultures. After Gram stain, the biopsy material inoculum was inoculated into Christensen’s urea broth and subjected to histological examination.
