随着我国收入分配制度改革的不断推进,对于事业单位工资管理机制的改革也在逐步推行当中。国家从2010年起在事业单位中正式推行岗位绩效工作改革,并取得了一定的效果。然而,根据事业单位岗位绩效工资工作的相关实践来看,事业单位的岗位绩效工作改革仍然存在着一些问题。本文基于这一背景,对于如何做好事业单位岗位绩效工资工作进行探析。
With the continuous reform of the income distribution system in our country, the reform of the wage management mechanism in public institutions is also gradually implemented. Since 2010, the state formally introduced the post performance reform in public institutions and achieved certain results. However, according to the relevant practice of the performance pay for public service jobs, there are still some problems in the reform of job performance of public service units. Based on this background, this article analyzes how to do a good job of performance pay for public institutions.
