本文对Ｐａｉ等学者编制的精神病患者家庭负担会谈量表（简称ＢＦＳ）的信度和效度进行了现场测试。结果表明，在ＢＦＳ中，其内部一致性信度较高（ｒ＝０．８３，ｐ＜０．００１）；两评定员对各客观条目评定的一致性亦较好（Ｋｗ＝０．６１～１．００）；评定员评定的客观负担与患者家属报告的主观负担呈显著正相关（ｒ＝０．６８，ｐ＜０．００１）。提示，ＢＦＳ的信度和效度较好，可在国内作为衡量精神病患者家庭负担的评定工具。
This paper conducts a field test on the reliability and validity of the family burden interviews scale (referred to as BFS) compiled by Pai and other scholars. The results showed that in the BFS, the internal consistency reliability was higher (r = 0.83, p <0.001). The two assessors also had good agreement on the objective items (Kw = 0.61 ~ 1.00). There was a significant positive correlation between objective burden assessed by assessors and subjective burden reported by family members (r = 0.68, p <0.001). Prompt, BFS reliability and validity is better, can be used as a measure of the family burden of mentally ill patients in the country to assess the tool.
