10月11日,四名中国留日学生因涉嫌贩售华盛顿公约一级保护植物拖鞋兰(Paphiopedilum),遭日本警方逮捕。俗称拖鞋兰的兜兰,又称贵妇鞋,生产地主要分布于中国南方、东南亚等地,它的全部种类被列入华盛顿公约“附录Ⅰ”,属于一级保护植物,严禁交易。据日本媒体报道,日本警视厅调查得知,住在日本千叶县市川市的24岁中国留日学生张楠等三人涉嫌违反植物种子保护法,因此对他们采取逮捕的行动。
On October 11, four Chinese students studying in Japan were arrested by Japanese police on suspicion of selling the Paphiopedilum plants at the Washington Convention level. Paphiopedilum commonly known as the slipper orchid, also known as lady shoes, the production is mainly distributed in southern China, Southeast Asia and other places, all of its species are included in the Washington Convention “Appendix Ⅰ” belongs to a protected plants, non-trading. According to Japanese media reports, a survey by Japan’s Metropolitan Police Agency found that Zhang Nan, a 24-year-old Chinese student in Japan who lives in Ichikawa, Chiba prefecture, allegedly violated the Plant Seeds Protection Act and therefore arrested them.
