文章对铁道部旅客运输站车服务用户满意度测评进行了简要介绍,并通过对太原局旅客列车服务满意度测评结果对比分析,指出当前旅客列车服务中存在的主要问题,提出改善意见。
This paper briefly introduces the customer service satisfaction evaluation of passenger transport station in the Ministry of Railways. By comparing and analyzing the evaluation results of passenger service satisfaction of passenger trains in Taiyuan Bureau, the paper points out the main problems existing in passenger service and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
