目的:分析我院抗组胺药的应用现状及趋势预测,引导临床合理用药。方法:采用用药金额和用药频度排序法,对我院2001～2003年抗组胺药应用情况进行统计分析。结果:第一代抗组胺药的用药频度呈下降趋势,第二代稳步上升。结论:毒副作用小,服用方便,经济高效的抗组胺药是医生患者的首选。
Objective: To analyze the application status and trend prediction of antihistamines in our hospital and guide clinical rational drug use. Methods: Using the amount of medication and frequency of medication method, the hospital from 2001 to 2003 anti-histamine application statistical analysis. Results: The first-generation antihistamines showed a decreasing frequency of medication, the second generation steadily increased. Conclusion: The side effects of small, easy to take, cost-effective antihistamines is the first choice for medical patients.
