智障儿童的亲子沟通能力是智障儿童发展和教育研究的重要组成部分。国内外关于智障儿童亲子沟通能力评估的研究起步较早,并且取得了较大的成就。研究中涉及的智障儿童的种类有:唐氏综合症和X脆性染色体异常等,研究表明不同类型的智障儿童沟通能力存在很大的差异,而且从言语沟通和非言语沟通等方面进行研究。与国外相比,我国关于智障儿童亲子沟通能力评估的研究较晚,而且侧重唐氏综合症儿童言语沟通能力评估的研究。
Parent-child communication skills of mentally retarded children are an important part of the development and education of mentally retarded children. Domestic and foreign studies on the evaluation of parent-child communication skills of mentally-disabled children started earlier and achieved great success. The types of mentally retarded children involved in the study include Down Syndrome and X fragile chromosomal abnormalities. Studies have shown that there are great differences in the communication skills among different types of children with mental retardation, and they are also studied from the aspects of verbal communication and nonverbal communication. Compared with other countries, the research on parent-child communication ability assessment of mentally retarded children is relatively late in our country, and the evaluation of verbal communication ability of children with Down Syndrome is focused on.
