Objective To study the effect of special service on blood biochemical regulation in high altitude soldiers. Methods 4 000 m more altitude go Sanatorium 26 soldiers just under hyperbaric oxygen into groups, a physical treatment and recuperation conventional groups, respectively, in the art convalescent hospital day 1, day 15 and day 30 blood biochemical blood Detection and statistical analysis, before and after changes in the observed indicators. Results There was no significant difference between the different treatment groups, but there was significant difference in the parameters of liver and kidney function, blood glucose and blood lipid among the soldiers on the plateau in the treatment time variables except alanine aminotransferase (P <0.05). At different guarding times, the officers and men who guard and defend for 6 months were significantly higher in total cholesterol value than those who were 12 months old. In addition to the white ball ratio and alanine aminotransferase, other indices reflecting liver and kidney function and body metabolism were significantly improved (P <0.05). At different altitudes, the values of total bilirubin, indirect bilirubin and direct bilirubin at 4 000 m above sea level were significantly lower than those at elevation of 5 000 m; total bilirubin and alanine aminotransferase were significantly different in different There was no statistical difference in the time of convalescence. Conclusion The comprehensive recuperation measures can significantly improve the liver, kidney function and metabolism of officers and soldiers in the plateau, which is of positive significance for ensuring the health of officers and soldiers and improving the combat effectiveness of grassroots units.
