用浸渍法制备了不同硅铝比的Hβ沸石浸Ni的烯烃齐聚反应催化剂 ,利用X射线衍射仪、红外光谱测定仪对此催化剂的C5~C1 4烯烃齐聚反应的性能进行了表征与比较 ,结果表明 ,此催化剂活性高、选择性好、对环境无污染 ,经载NiSO4 改性、水蒸气处理过的Hβ沸石的烯烃齐聚反应活性明显提高 ,并且载NiSO4 为 1 5 %改性的Hβ沸石催化剂具有更为良好的催化性能 ,此反应的最佳操作温度为 1 60~ 2 2 0℃。研究发现 :在Hβ沸石适当引入NiSO4 ,不仅使酸强度提高 ,而且酸类型也发生了变化 ,B酸有较大幅度的下降 ,L酸大为增加 ,使得催化活性明显提高。
Olefin oligomerization catalysts with different Si / Al ratios were prepared by impregnation method. The properties of the catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffractometry and infrared spectroscopy. The results show that this catalyst has high activity, good selectivity and no pollution to the environment. The olefin oligomerization activity of Hβ zeolite modified by NiSO4 and water vapor is obviously increased, and the NiSO4 content is 15% Hβ zeolite catalyst has a more good catalytic performance, the optimum operating temperature of this reaction is 160 ~ 220 ℃. The results showed that proper introduction of NiSO4 into Hβ zeolite not only enhanced the acid strength but also changed the acid type. The B acid decreased greatly and the L acid increased greatly, which made the catalytic activity obviously increase.
