本文按照蛋白质的质量标准,运用数学计算公式,分别计算出醋糟平菇(试验)和棉籽壳平菇(对照)的蛋白质营养价值的三项指标值.通过定量分析,结果表明:虽然醋糟料平菇的蛋白质含量低于棉籽壳平菇,但其蛋白质质量却高于棉籽壳平菇,这说明醋糟料并不会降低平菇的质量,从而为进一步推广使用醋糟料栽培平菇提供了依据.
In this paper, according to the protein quality standards, using mathematical formulas, calculate the three indicators of the protein nutritional value of Pleurotus ostreatus (test) and Cottonseed Mushroom (control). Through quantitative analysis, the results showed that although the protein content of Pleurotus ostreatus in vinegar was lower than that of Pleurotus ostreatus, the protein content of Pleurotus ostreatus was higher than that of Pleurotus ostreatus in cottonseed, which indicated that the vinegar spent material did not reduce the quality of Pleurotus ostreatus. In order to further promote the use of vinegar grains in the cultivation of Pleurotus provide the basis.
