利用OH平面激光诱导荧光技术,测量了不同旋向(同向和反向)的双旋流燃油燃烧器扩散火焰特征,考察了不同当量比下火焰内部的OH浓度分布。实验结果表明,当量比大于0.47时,同向双旋流器的火焰向外偏转,反向双旋流器的火焰向内偏转;当量比小于0.38时,同向与反向双旋流器的火焰均向外偏转;当量比大于0.38时,不同旋向的双旋流燃烧器火焰结构差别较大,当量比小于0.38时,不同旋向的双旋流燃烧器火焰结构相似;随着当量比减小,不同旋向双旋流器的火焰起始张角没有明显变化,但是燃烧区域面积减小,且反向双旋流器燃烧区域面积减小的梯度更大。
The characteristics of diffusive flame of double swirling fuel burners with different rotation direction (same direction and reverse direction) were measured by OH plane laser induced fluorescence technique, and the OH concentration distribution in the flame at different equivalence ratios was investigated. The experimental results show that when the equivalence ratio is greater than 0.47, the flame of the co-cyclone swelled outwards and the flame of the reverse double swirler deflected inwardly. When the equivalent ratio is less than 0.38, When the equivalence ratio is greater than 0.38, the flame structures of double swirling burners with different rotational directions are quite different. When the equivalent ratio is less than 0.38, the flame structures of the double swirling burners with different swirling directions are similar. With the equivalence ratio However, the area of the combustion zone decreases and the gradient of the combustion area of the reverse twin-swirler decreases.
