针对目前国内某大型机场停机坪各项航班保障工作的耗时,提出几条基于关键路径法(CPM)的规划建议。结合该机场停机坪航班保障工作的特点,对保障过程中的各项工作分别计时,在取得实测数据的基础上,利用修剪平均值算法得出样本中各项操作的平均耗时。以该机场停机坪各项保障工作为基本元素建立AOE网络,结合计算所得的平均耗时,按照CPM找出影响该机场停机坪航班保障工作总耗时的关键工作,从而明确该机场停机坪航班保障工作的关键路径。最终,在上述研究的基础上基于目前的实际情况下,提出了实现该机场停机坪航班保障工作最佳方法的三条建议,为优化机场资源、缩短航班过站时间、提高航班运行效率、保证航班准点率提供了参考。
