采用电化学沉积法制备咖啡酸膜修饰电极,研究了5-羟色胺(5-HT)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明,高浓度的抗坏血酸(AA)和肾上腺素(EP)共存不干扰5-HT的检测,5-HT在0.41 V和-0.12 V出现一对灵敏的氧化还原峰,其氧化峰电流与浓度在2.0×10-6~6.0×10-5mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测下限为8.0×10-7mol/L。该修饰电极制备简单,可准确检测神兴沙棘欣之安口服液中5-HT的含量。
Electrochemical deposition was used to prepare caffeic acid film modified electrode. The electrochemical behavior of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) on the modified electrode was studied. The results showed that the coexistence of high concentrations of ascorbic acid (AA) and epinephrine (EP) did not interfere with the detection of 5-HT. 5-HT showed a pair of sensitive redox peaks at 0.41 V and -0.12 V, In the range of 2.0 × 10-6 ~ 6.0 × 10-5mol / L, there is a good linear relationship between the detection limit of 8.0 × 10-7mol / L. The modified electrode preparation is simple, accurate detection of Shenxing Hippophae Xinan oral liquid 5-HT content.
