以大型装备维修外包为背景,考虑可修服务备件供应商、多区域维修服务中心和多维修点及其具有多可修服务备件的特点,采用(s-1,s)订货策略,以供应商整个维修系统库存年预算为约束条件,在二级库存METRIC模型基础上,建立以可修服务备件缺货期望最小值为目标的三级库存模型。以可修服务备件设备商为实例,采用自适应遗传算法对模型求解,并通过计算对模型进行了分析。
