There are two basic relationships between leaders and secretaries. One is the absolute relationship. Such as organizational relationships, one for the leadership, one for being led; another example, the relationship between power and responsibility, one for the Lord, one for. This layer of relations under the proposition of “leadership and secretary” is a rigid and irreconcilable relationship. The other is the relative relationship. Such as personality, talent, ideas, beliefs and other aspects of mutual acceptance, this layer of plasticity and strong, large variables, is a soft relationship. Observing the abundant practical activities of the secretary’s work, it is not hard to see that there is often a soft relationship between influential leaders and secretaries. Whether the soft relations are harmonious and harmonious are the basic conditions for the pleasant cooperation between the two sides.
