一个具有良好综合素养的人,在日常生活和工作中发生安全问题的机率往往小于那些行为习惯上麻痹大意的人,这是人所共知的。当然,把这个简单的概念推及更广大的范围去确认一下,一个具有良好综合素养的企业,它的企业文化素养就是这些构成企业的人的文化素养个体的综合,这就意味着企业要有一套体系来教化属于自己人的责任,也就是企业理念的贯彻,持之以恒的贯彻,使之最终形成该自己的固有的文化。宏观上对于企业总体文化建设和各项工作的开展都能起到促进作用;对于培养职工综合知识与岗位技能素养的提升有直观效应;对于预防事故发生的预警能力具有重要的作用。
