本文介绍单探头压力接触式超声探伤法,并给出单探头声耦合棒的计算公式。本方法在860~1080℃范围内能发现距表面120mm 处的φ5mm 平底孔等,以及具有自然面约 10mm~2的钢坯缩孔。信噪比与灵敏度较高。此外对本方法实现高温钢坯缩孔在线探伤的可能性进行了论证。
This article introduces single probe pressure contact ultrasonic flaw detection method, and gives a single probe acoustic coupling rod formula. This method can be found in the 860 ~ 1080 ℃ range from the surface of 120mm φ5mm flat-bottomed holes and so on, and with a natural surface about 10mm ~ 2 billet shrinkage. Signal to noise ratio and high sensitivity. In addition, the feasibility of on-line flaw detection of this method for high-temperature billet shrinkage was demonstrated.
