研究了顶锻刹车制度和顶锻超前刹车时间对摩擦焊接后峰值扭矩和顶锻变形量的影响.发现采用顶锻超前刹车模式会导致较大的后峰值扭矩和顶锻变形量,而且随着顶锻超前刹车时间的延长,在试验范围内,后峰值扭矩和顶锻变形量还有所增加,而采用顶锻同步或顶锻滞后刹车制度时,均不存在后峰值扭矩,相应顶锻变形较小.综合测试表明,采用先顶后刹或顶刹同步模式可在较小的摩擦和顶锻压力下获得给定的轴向缩短量和性能优良的接头,这为降低摩擦焊接能耗、提高生产率提供了依据.
