为了解决烟草愈伤组织继代培养中的褐化现象,研究了不同浓度的PVP和柠檬酸对烟草愈伤组织褐化的抑制效果。结果表明:在愈伤组织的继代培养中,PVP对愈伤组织褐化抑制效果最好的浓度是2g/L,褐化率为35%;柠檬酸对愈伤组织褐化抑制效果最好的浓度是8mg/L,褐化率为25%;在愈伤组织继代培养中可以用8mg/L柠檬酸抑制外植体的褐化。
In order to solve the browning in tobacco callus subculture, the inhibitory effects of different concentrations of PVP and citric acid on tobacco callus browning were studied. The results showed that the optimal concentration of PVP for callus browning was 2 g / L and the browning rate was 35% in callus subculture. Citric acid had the best inhibition effect on callus browning The concentration of 8mg / L, the browning rate of 25%; callus subculture can be inhibited with 8mg / L citric acid explants browning.
