为了评价沥青碎石抗离析特性,研发了沥青混合料抗离析测试仪,提出沥青混合料抗离析性能测试方法,并提出以集料离析值作为沥青混合料抗离析性能的评价指标;采用浸水马歇尔试验、车辙试验和小梁弯曲试验等方法,研究了离析程度对沥青碎石技术特性的影响;综合平衡考虑各方面性能,提出了沥青碎石抗离析性能推荐评价指标。结果表明:集料离析值对沥青碎石技术特性影响显著;随着粗集料离析程度的增大,其空隙率和渗水性增大,水稳定性、低温抗裂性和强度降低,高温稳定性先增大后降低;随着细集料离析程度的增大,其空隙率和渗水性减小,水稳定性和低温抗裂性提高,高温稳定性和强度降低。
In order to evaluate the anti-segregation characteristics of asphalt aggregate, the asphalt mixture anti-segregation tester was developed and the anti-segregation performance test method of asphalt mixture was put forward. The aggregate segregation value was proposed as the evaluation index of anti-segregation performance of asphalt mixture. Test, rutting test and trabecular bending test, the influence of degree of segregation on the technical characteristics of asphalt pavement is studied. Based on the comprehensive balance, the recommended evaluation indexes of anti-segregation performance of asphalt pavement are proposed. The results show that the aggregate separation value has a significant effect on the technical characteristics of asphalt aggregate. With the increase of segregation of coarse aggregate, the porosity and water permeability increase, water stability, low temperature crack resistance and strength decrease, high temperature stability The first increased and then decreased; with the increase of segregation of fine aggregate, the porosity and water seepage decreased, water stability and low temperature crack resistance increased, high temperature stability and strength decreased.
