用 M— H琼脂以琼脂稀释法对五味子和白芍进行了 2 5 2株临床菌株的体外抗菌实验研究 ,结果表明五味子对112株金葡菌的 MIC5 0 为 1.17m g/ ml,MIC90 为 2 .34 0 mg/ ml,白芍对金葡菌的抑菌效果较差 ,其 MIC5 0 为 2 .4mg/ m l,MIC904.8mg/ m l,两药对 112株表皮葡萄球菌抗菌效果相似 ,而对肠球菌其抑菌效果五味子远高于白芍 ,即五味子对 2 8株肠球菌的 MIC5 0 和 MIC90 均为 1.17m g/ ml,而白芍对肠球菌则无抑菌作用。
In vitro antibacterial experiments of 255 clinical isolates of Schisandra chinensis and Radix Paeoniae Rubra were conducted using M-H agar as agar dilution method. The results showed that the MIC50 of Schisandra chinensis against 112 strains of Staphylococcus aureus was 1.17 mg/ml, and MIC90 was 2. 34 0 mg/ml, the antibacterial effect of Angelica against Staphylococcus aureus was poor, with an MIC50 of 2.4 mg/ml and a MIC of 904.8 mg/ml. The antibacterial effects of the two drugs against 112 Staphylococcus epidermidis were similar, but The antibacterial effect of schisandra was much higher than that of white peony, that is, the MIC50 and MIC90 of 28 strains of Enterobacter schisandra were 1.17 mg/ml, while the white peony had no antibacterial effect on enterococci.
