目的:采用超声辅助法提取新疆虫草,探讨新疆虫草体外抗氧化的活性。方法:通过测定总还原力,清除羟自由基(·OH)和清除超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)的能力研究不同产地新疆虫草体外抗氧化活性。结果:采自白哈巴林场和布尔津林场的虫草还原力较强,其中布尔津林场最强可达1.74;白哈巴林场虫草清除羟自由基(·OH)能力最强,为77.63%;实验室培养初僵化的虫草清除超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)的能力最强,达66.67%。结论:新疆虫草具有一定的抗氧化活性,有待进一步研究开发利用。
OBJECTIVE: To extract cordyceps sinensis from Xinjiang by ultrasound-assisted method and investigate the antioxidant activity of Cordyceps militaris in vitro. Methods: In vitro antioxidant activities of Cordyceps militaris in different habitats were studied by determining the total reducing power, scavenging hydroxyl radical (· OH) and scavenging superoxide anion radical (O2- ·). Results: The Cordyceps force of Bahajin Forest collected from Bahaba Forest Farm and Baerqin Forest Farm had the highest reducing power, of which the highest was up to 1.74 in Burqin Forest Farm. The capacity of eliminating hydroxyl radical (· OH) was the highest in Bahaba Forest Farm with 77.63% Cordyceps has the strongest ability of scavenging superoxide anion radical (O2- ·), reaching 66.67%. Conclusion: Cordyceps sinensis has a certain antioxidant activity, pending further research and development.
