目的 观察次声作用后小鼠脑中胶质纤维酸性蛋白 (GFAP)的表达和分布。方法 将BALB/C小鼠暴露于 16Hz、声压 13 0dB次声 ,2h/次·d-1,分别作用 1、7、14、2 1和 2 8d后 ,采用免疫组织化学方法观察小鼠脑中GFAP的表达和分布。结果 次声作用一定时间后 ,GFAP阳性胶质细胞主要分布在海马、皮质、下丘脑等脑区 ,且随次声作用天数增加 ,GFAP阳性胶质细胞数目增多。结论 这些脑区对次声较为敏感 ,次声作用可导致GFAP表达增高。
Objective To observe the expression and distribution of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) in mouse brain after infrasound. Methods BALB / C mice were exposed to 16Hz sound pressure of 13 0dB infrasound for 2h / d · d-1, respectively. After 1, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days, BALB / C mice were observed by immunohistochemistry GFAP in the expression and distribution. Results After infrasound for a certain period of time, GFAP-positive glial cells mainly distributed in hippocampus, cortex, hypothalamus and other brain regions. The number of GFAP-positive glial cells increased with the number of infrasound days. Conclusion These brain regions are more sensitive to infrasound, and infrasound may result in increased GFAP expression.
