东江特大桥跨越为香港供水的Ⅱ类水源东江,环保批复中对水源地提出了较高的要求,工程环保设计中需要采取较为全面的全周期环保措施。通过研究和借鉴国内外同类工程,在建管体制、污水收集处理、营运车辆和通航船只的事故防范等多方面提出了解决方案。鉴于该桥排水长度为770 m、桥梁纵坡为2%,传统的纵向排水管方案经济性和可维护性均较差,经研究后提出利用路侧缓冲区结合桥面纵向引水管排水方案。该工程为水源地桥梁环保设计提供了较系统的工程实例参考,并创新性地提出了桥梁纵向排水方案。
The East River Bridge spanned the Dongjiang River, a Class Ⅱ water source for water supply to Hong Kong. In the environmental protection approval, high demands were placed on water sources. A more comprehensive full-cycle environmental protection measure was required in the environmental protection design of the project. Through researching and drawing lessons from similar projects both at home and abroad, some solutions are put forward in many aspects such as construction management system, sewage collection and disposal, accident prevention of running vehicles and navigable vessels. In view of the bridge drainage length of 770 m, longitudinal bridge 2%, the traditional vertical drainage of the program economy and maintainability are poor, after the study proposed the use of roadside buffer zone with the bridge longitudinal drainage plan. The project provides a more systematic example for the environmental design of water source bridges, and proposes the bridge longitudinal drainage scheme.
