我县三合公社十四大队农科队,1977年冬种小麦时,选用玛141品种,采取人工精选,分为千粒重45.1克和24.0克两种大、小籽粒进行对比试验,从出针、成苗、出叶速度、叶片形态、分蘖力、成穗率、穗粒数、千粒重等项来考察,大、小籽粒之间都有显著差异。如单株有效穗数,同样单粒播种情况下,大籽粒区平均单株成穗4.7个,小籽粒区平均单株或穗3.1个,前者高51.6%;籽粒产量方面,大籽粒区为388.9克,小籽粒区为226.8克,前者高71.5%。再以100穗的粒重比较,大籽粒区为105.1克,小籽粒区为91.0克,前者高15.5%。以上事实证明,选用大粒作种,是提高小麦产量的一项经济有效措施,值得大力提倡。
During the winter wheat harvest in 1977, we selected artificial 141 varieties from artificial selection and divided it into two kinds of large and small kernels with grain weight of 45.1 grams and 24.0 grams for comparative experiments. , Seedling emergence rate, leaf speed, leaf shape, tillering ability, spike rate, spikelet number and 1000-grain weight. There were significant differences between large and small kernels. For example, the effective spikes per plant, the same single sowing conditions, the average per plant in the large grain area 4.7, the average small grain area 3.1 or 3.1 ears, the former high 51.6%; grain yield, large grain area 388.9 G, the small grain area is 226.8 grams, the former is 71.5% high. Then compare the grain weight of 100 spikes, the large grain area is 105.1 g, the small grain area is 91.0 g, the former is 15.5% higher. The above facts show that the use of large seeds for seed production is an economic and effective measure to increase wheat output and is worth promoting.
