研究了一种高性能吸气式脉冲爆震发动机(PDE)气动阀。将钝体和旋流两种气动阀串联安装在PDE进气道内,通过改变气动阀和喷嘴位置,构成多种组合气动阀。实验表明:组合气动阀能够产生连续的爆震波;上游钝体气动阀和下游旋流气动阀的组合效果最好;组合气动阀的爆震燃烧性能优于单个气动阀;钝体气动阀优于旋流气动阀。研究结果对开发新式的气动阀结构和燃油雾化蒸发掺混装置有重要指导意义。
A high performance aspirated pulse detonation engine (PDE) pneumatic valve was investigated. The bluff body and swirl two kinds of pneumatic valve installed in series in the PDE inlet, pneumatic valve and nozzle by changing the position, constitute a variety of combinations of pneumatic valve. Experiments show that the combined pneumatic valve can produce continuous detonation wave; the combination of the upstream bluff body pneumatic valve and the downstream swirling pneumatic valve works best; the detonation combustion performance of the combined pneumatic valve is better than the single pneumatic valve; and the blunt body pneumatic valve is superior to Swirl pneumatic valve. The research results have important guiding significance for the development of new pneumatic valve structure and fuel atomization evaporation mixing device.
