受近年来建筑施工项目增多的影响,建筑工程的质量也逐渐成为人们所关注的焦点,在建筑工程施工的过程中,建筑施工质量与市场中建筑行业竞争存在很大的影响。现阶段建筑施工过程中,比较普遍的建筑施工问题为渗漏方面的问题,如果没有及时进行解决,对建筑工程质量以及建筑工程的经济效益会产生一定的影响,从而影响人们的正常生活。因此近年来建筑工程防水防渗的研究逐渐成为提高建筑工程质量的主要内容。本文围绕建筑施工中存在的渗漏现象,提出了一系列防水防渗的施工技术。
Due to the increase of construction projects in recent years, the quality of construction projects has gradually become the focus of attention. In the process of construction, the construction quality and the competition in the construction industry in the market have a great impact. At this stage of building construction, the more common construction problems are leakage problems, if not solved in time, the quality of construction projects and the economic benefits of construction will have a certain impact, thus affecting people’s normal life. Therefore, in recent years, the research on waterproof and anti-seepage of construction engineering has gradually become the main content to improve the quality of construction projects. In this paper, a series of waterproof and impervious construction techniques are put forward around the leakage phenomenon in construction.
