结合GB/T 8706—2006/ISO 17893:2004、世界钢丝绳制造强企相关资料及国内近几年采用圆股钢丝绳锻打法生产4股异型股抗旋转钢丝绳实际,对我国钢丝绳标准中的四股扇形股钢丝绳称谓与标记之正确性进行研究。分析认为,四股扇形股钢丝绳的称谓和标记存在明显不足:(1)将4V×39类钢丝绳一直称为四股扇形股钢丝绳,而扇形股不是钢丝绳基础标准规定术语;(2)4V×39类钢丝绳使用三角股钢丝绳之标准代号“V”不妥,因为它是交互捻抗旋转钢丝绳,而三角股钢丝绳是同向捻,且不具有抗旋转性能;(3)钢丝绳股结构简式中“S”并不能准确反映股为复合捻股的结构属性,且缺少纤维中心;(4)将组绳股合计4个纤维芯与1个钢丝绳纤维芯合并成5个纤维芯而置其在绳芯位置,不符合基础标准关于钢丝绳结构式写法规定。考虑4股异型股钢丝绳具有相对合理的生产工艺与钢丝绳基础标准,将4V×39S+5FC、4V×48S+5FC钢丝绳股结构简式写为39FCNS、48FCNS,钢丝绳结构式写成K4×39FCNS-FC、K4×48FCNS-FC更合理。
Combined with GB / T 8706-2006 / ISO 17893: 2004, the world’s strong steel wire rope manufacturing related information and the domestic use of round wire rope forging method in recent years the production of 4 shares of special-shaped anti-spin wire rope practice, Strand wire rope title and mark the correctness of research. Analysis shows that there are obvious deficiencies in the designation and markings of the four shares of fan-shaped wire ropes: (1) 4V × 39 types of ropes are always referred to as four shares of fan-shaped ropes, while fan-shaped shares are not the terms of wire rope standard; (2) 4V × 39 ropes Triangular strand rope standard code “V ” is not appropriate, because it is interactive twisting anti-rotating rope, while the triangular strand rope is twisted with the same direction, and does not have anti-rotation performance; (3) “S ” does not accurately reflect the structural properties of the strand as a composite strand, and the lack of fiber center; (4) the total amount of four strands of strand and a fiber rope core into five fiber core and set it in Cord position, does not meet the basic standards on the structure of the wire rope wording rules. Considering the 4 strands of special-shaped wire rope has a relatively reasonable production technology and wire rope basic standards, the 4V × 39S + 5FC, 4V × 48S + 5FC wire rope strands structure simply written as 39FCNS, 48FCNS, wire rope structure written K4 × 39FCNS-FC, K4 × 48FCNS-FC is more reasonable.
