本文探讨了大剂量ATP和ATP-氯化镁对狗失血性休克的疗效。将杂种狗,雄雌不拘,随机分为三个组:AFP-氯化镁组 (ATP100mg+MgCl_26mg+5%葡萄糖液10ml/kg),ATP组(ATP100mg+5%葡萄糖液10ml/kg)和对照组(5%葡萄糖液10m1/kg)在实验的各期,以微血管血流速度、微血管活动数、动脉血压、动脉血酸硷度和颈动脉窦反射敏感性改变等为指标分析了ATP和ATP-氯化镁的抗失血性休克效应。实验结果表明,大剂量ATP-氯化镁对失血性休克的疗效显著优于大剂量ATP。
This article explored the effect of high doses of ATP and ATP-magnesium chloride on hemorrhagic shock in dogs. Mongrel dogs, male and female, were randomly divided into three groups: AFP-magnesium chloride group (ATP100mg+MgCl_26mg+5% glucose solution 10ml/kg), ATP group (ATP100mg+5% glucose solution 10ml/kg) and control group ( 5% glucose solution 10m1/kg) ATP and ATP-magnesium chloride were analyzed as indicators of changes in microvascular blood flow velocity, microvascular activity, arterial blood pressure, arterial blood acidity, and carotid sinus reflex sensitivity at various stages of the experiment.
