为优化高浓度粗磷尾矿胶结充填材料的性能,采用正交试验方法分析料浆质量分数、灰砂比、粉煤灰、减水剂对充填体流动性、稳定性和抗压强度的影响,并确定充填材料的最优配合比。试验结果显示:灰砂比和质量浓度是影响充填料浆流动性的主要因素;4个因素对充填料浆的稳定性和28d抗压强度都有显著的影响。根据实验结果,高浓度粗磷尾矿胶结充填最优参数为灰砂比1/5,质量浓度85%,水泥/粉煤灰5/5,减水剂1.0%。该组参数料浆的坍落度为22.25cm,稠度为9.08cm,分层度为0.76cm,泌水率为0.91%,28d抗压强度为7.00 MPa。
In order to optimize the performance of high concentration crude tailing cement filling material, orthogonal test was used to analyze the influence of slurry mass fraction, lime-sand ratio, fly ash and water reducing agent on fluidity, stability and compressive strength of filling body , And determine the optimal mix of filling material. The results showed that the ratio of sand to sand and mass concentration were the main factors affecting the fluidity of filled slurry. Four factors had significant effects on the stability of filled slurry and compressive strength at 28 days.
