我们东北轻合金加工厂,是第一个五年计划期间建成投产的一百五十六项重点工程之一,是我国目前规模最大的铝镁合金材料加工厂。全厂拥有固定资产四亿七千二百多万元,职工一万二千七百余人。 在十年浩劫期间,我厂的设备工作受到了很大的冲击和破坏。一九七六年末,设备完好率只有百分之六十二,严重威胁着生产。粉碎“四人帮”以后,工厂狠抓了企业整顿。一九七七年提出打“四率”(成品率、优质品率、设备完好率、合同执行率)的硬仗,经过一年的努力,设备完好率提高到百分之八十六; 一九七八年提出打炉子、仪表两个“翻身仗”, Our Northeast Light Alloy Processing Plant is one of the 156 key projects completed and put into operation during the first five-year plan period. It is currently the largest aluminum-magnesium alloy material processing plant in China. The whole plant has more than 472 million yuan in fixed assets and employs more than 12,700 people. During the ten years of catastrophic disaster, our plant’s equipment work was greatly impacted and destroyed. At the end of 1976, the equipment in good condition was only 62%, which seriously threatened production. After crushing the “gang of four”, the factory took a firm step in rectifying the company. In 1977, it was proposed to fight the “four rates” (finished rate, high quality rate, good equipment rate, contract implementation rate). After one year’s efforts, the equipment availability rate increased to 86%; In 1978, it was proposed that both the furnace and the instrument should be turned over.
