2003年1-2月我国纺织服装进出口同我国外贸进出口高速增长势头一样,继续2002年高速增长的势头,同比有23％的增长,但比1月份增幅已有回落。而我国外贸进出口增长更加快速,1-2月比2002年同期增长了44.0%。不同的是全国外贸进口增长要快于出口增长,而纺织服装是出口增长要快于进口增长。因此从2003年2月看,全国贸易是逆差而纺织服装进出口是顺差。
From January to February 2003, the import and export of China’s textile and apparel, like the rapid growth of China’s foreign trade, continued the trend of rapid growth in 2002, with a year-on-year increase of 23%. However, the growth rate has dropped from that in January. The import and export of China’s foreign trade increased at a faster pace, increasing by 44.0% over the same period of January-February. The difference is that the national foreign trade imports grew faster than the export growth, while the textile and garment exports grew faster than the import growth. Therefore, from February 2003, the trade across the country is a deficit while the import and export of textile and apparel is a surplus.
