Objective: To explore the impact of nurses’ hierarchical management on the quality of medical nursing. Nursing quality and patient’s family satisfaction. Results: The incidence of nursing accidents and nursing complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The pass rate of primary care and the qualified rate of primary care were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05) (P <0.05), that is, the nursing quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05); the satisfaction rate of the control group was 67.69%, the satisfaction of the observation group was 93.08%. The total satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Nurses’ stratified management is good for optimizing nursing resources and improving nursing quality.
